Good evening....
I just happened onto the site....what a wonderful thing you have done in the download of the sheet music...it is beautiful....I want to thank you and I appreciate it very much....
When I was a little girl there was a piano in our house....but only the boys could play it....it was not something for girls....I had this in grown desire to play it...when I left home I tried several times to get someone to teach me as I could not afford the lessons....then I married and along came babies and life took turns where I could not learn to play.....the desire never left however...
I turned 60 last year....I made myself some promises....one was to learn to read sheet music....now I have an awesome friend who is taking her time to give me lessons...my wonderful daughter gave me a piano which was made in 1898....a very beautiful upright....and it rings like the one we had when I was a little girl and could not touch the one in the living room....
God is a very good God when it gives you the desires of your heart even at my age....I will play Fur Elise on my very own piano....in my very own living room....and I know there will be tears in my eyes as I play....
Thanks again for the sheet music.....
